This week is all about Fall transitions. Can you believe that Summer is done? I can’t! And guess what, our pool is now ready, ha ha ha! Yeah now that I’m headed inside to snuggle up in my blanket!

Confessions of a Mommyholic shared this alphabet popcorn mix for back to school, but I know I would totally enjoy this as it mixes sweet and salty!
This Gal Cooks shared a 20 minute lentil chili – so perfect for heading into Fall!
Across the Blvd shared a tutorial to make this cute Fall wheat wreath.
Dizzy, Busy and Hungry shared pumpkin cheesecake whoopie pies. Yum!
Clean and Scentsible shared a post about simple Fall decor inspiration, totally loved the tour!
