Sharing Two chic garden rooms today…

I love them both! I like the simple painted wood open shelving to stores various pots. These both have beautiful dark stone sinks and countertops as well. Dark counters hide dirt better!

I am a huge fan of Juliska and adore the new “L’Amour Toujours” collection. The collection is inspired by French cafes. The little balloons are stylized from berry and thread pattern.

As part of the collection, Juliska also introduced these whimsical rattan hot air balloons.

Are you ready for some kitchen design trends for 2023? I’m calling it “the modern European kitchen”. It has an old world collected fell with a few modern touches.

Here are the top trends:

• Floating Marble Shelving
• Large natural stone slabs as the back splash
• High contrast marble – white marble with dark grey/black veins
• Mix of collected pieces including oil paintings, wooden chopping boards so the kitchen doesn’t feel “brand new”
• Mixed metals and materials – the hardware on the fixtures do not have to match

While a lot of the kitchens do not feature upper cabinets, this one does below!

These are all very beautiful kitchens. You can get a similar feel too without remodeling. I was perusing online and stumbled upon this eye catching collaboration by Kim Seybert and Baccarat.

Each of the crystal elements has a signature red crystal added to represent Baccarat’s signature red color.

I think these napkin rings are really fun and interesting.

While this home isn’t the brightest home we’ve toured, it has a certain charm to it that is irresistible.

The owner restored the townhouse to it’s original 1725 glory – and filled it with 18th century antiques. The antiques and objects d’art are eye candy.

There is just something so charming about it all. I could imagine having a cuppa next to this fireplace on a cool day in England.
