Let’s dream up a new house to build together. Would you choose black or white exterior windows? ( What TYPE of house you ask? Some European inspired Farmhouse of some sort!)
Let’s talk white exterior windows. They are classic and timeless. Black/bronze windows seem to be trendy right now. Well, really, black windows against a White House even more so!
Let’s look at some white windows first. (I notice incidentally that every house I chose here has white paint. I think now maybe I should write about “the white exterior paint trend”… hmmm….)
This house below is interesting because of the blue trim around the white windows.
A white modern house with white windows but a black door serves as an accent point.
Now onto black/bronze windows.
I love this French modern house below.
Now, what would you choose? I don’t really think you can go wrong, at least with white houses. I like the modern feeling of the darker windows, but I also like the classic white too! I do know ONE thing… inside the house, I would NOT choose black. But that is for a post for another day.
